STUDIO ASSISTANT / 陶室 ASSISTANT
The Studio Assistant supports the day-to-day running of the studio, works actively to ensure everyone working in the studio is well supported and happy, and keeps the studio in tip-top shape. With the studio manager and owner, they work as a team to make continuous improvements to LUMP.
This is a paid position.
陶室 Assistant負責每日的工作室運作，確保所有人在工作室得到足夠支援 、保持工作室正常運作。這崗與陶室經理組成團隊，持續地改善LUMP。
STUDIO MENTOR / 陶室 MENTOR
Mentors are “studio helpers" who spend time performing studio duties. By completing 2 shifts a week (about 11 hours), Mentors get free studio time (equal to 15 hours of studio time/week). Mentors also gain useful experience about running and managing a pottery studio. This position lasts for 1 year.
This is not a paid position. Studio Mentors gain free access to our studio and all its facilities in return for being a Studio Mentor.
