We are looking for unique individuals to join our team. We aim to provide job opportunities and useful work experiences for those working in the ceramics and creative fields. We have mostly part-time roles, allowing our team to continue pursuing their creative endeavours. All of our positions offer a lot of flexibility in terms of work hours.

STUDIO MENTOR (6 - 12 months)
LUMP Studio offers a Mentorship program that provides ceramic artists with free studio access in return for time spent helping in our studio. The small team of Mentors act as “studio helpers” by interacting with our members and carrying out studio duties. Assignments are 6 to 12 months. Although this is not a paid position, Mentors will be entitled to a free monthly membership (valued at $2,160 per month), travel and/or firing cost allowance, and discounts on LUMP events/workshops. The program aims to provide developing ceramic artists with a fully-equipped studio, and the skills to run their own studios in the future. We recruit for this position year-round. STUDIO INTERN (3 - 5 months)
Are you currently a student, and looking for an environment to get some real world working experience? We are currently looking for interns to join our team for short assignments of 3 to 5 months. Although this is not a paid position, Interns will be entitled to a free monthly membership (valued at $2,160 per month), travel and/or firing cost allowance, and discounts on LUMP events/workshops.
